Mission and Vision
The mission of the Johnson City / Washington County Adult Education program is to empower adults with the knowledge and skills to meet the goals of family life and the demands of technology and the changing workplace.
Our vision is to provide a continuously improving educational program, in order to empower our clients to meet educational, career-oriented, and personal goals.
